Deliveries and returns
Delivery
We are delighted to be able to deliver anywhere in the world, with the exception of the following locations:
- Eswatini,
- Isle of Man,
- Pitcairn Islands,
- Caribbean Netherlands,
- Western Sahara,
- Svalbard and Jan Mayen,
- British Indian Ocean Territory, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Ascension Island
Please note that delivery in HUB Armies is not available.
Delivery rates
Free delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) on orders over €250.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the Customer's home address or that of any other natural person of his/her choice, if this is clearly specified at the time of the Order or Pre-order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
When registering the Customer's personal details, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, PLUME PARIS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s).
Delivery times
Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed. These are indicative times, expressed in working days, and correspond to average processing and delivery times.
The Customer acknowledges that, in the case of a Pre-order, the delivery time will be extended. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product sheet at the time of purchase, and in the order confirmation e-mail. The delivery time depends on the time required and the production volume of all pre-ordered products.
PLUME Paris cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery for which it is not responsible or which is due to an act of God.
When a part is in stock, our logistics teams do their utmost to send you your parcel between 2 and 5 working days after validation of your order.
*Please note that deadlines may be extended during the archives or the braderie.
My parcel is lost
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by e-mail at the following address hello@plume-paris.fr. A solution for every problem!
My parcel has been returned to sender
Unfortunately, once your parcel has been returned to our Atelier, it can be reshipped and you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
Returns
Make a return
All returns must be notified in advance, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the products, to the following address to this address : http://retours-plumeparis.fr/.
In just a few clicks, make your return request. It's so easy!
1. Go to http://retours-plumeparis.fr/
2. Enter your email address and your order number.
3. Select the order with the product(s) concerned.
4. Confirm or modify your return address.
5. Select the item(s) you wish to return. You can specify your reason for return.
6. Confirm your return request.
Your return slip and pre-paid shipping label are sent to you by e-mail. The return slip is to be slipped inside your parcel and the label to be stuck on top.
Once your order has been received and checked, you will receive an e-mail confirming the refund (or credit note) for your order.
The Products must be returned by the Customer no later than fourteen (14) days following communication of his decision to withdraw.
The Product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging or any equivalent packaging and in perfect condition (allowing remarketing, not having been worn or washed), in order to request reimbursement without penalty.
A €5 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund. You are responsible for delivery costs.
For orders delivered outside mainland France (including Corsica): you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will pay the return postage costs only in the case of non-conformity of a product.
If the package is lost or damaged when the product is returned, the cost of the damage will be borne by the customer.
PLUME PARIS will not reimburse or exchange Products that are not returned within the above-mentioned deadlines and conditions. The return address will be mentioned on the return form to be printed.
Customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
PLUME Paris jewelry and brooches cannot be returned.
Offers with gift: When returning your order in full, the gift offered must also be returned. If not, its selling price (expressed at the time of the offer) will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Offers closed :
- Free cassie belt from 200€ purchase. The prix of the belt is 55€. This amount will be deducted from your refund if the belt is not returned. (Only if the entire order is returned).
- From 01/12/2022 8:00 to 25/12/2022 23:59. For all orders under 250€, a free Plume Tote bag. For all orders of €250 or more, a free Plume beauty kit. Free products are automatically included in your order. Offer valid while stocks last, excluding gift cards, archives and clearance sales. If you return your entire order, the Plume beauty case must also be returned to us, otherwise 45€ will be deducted from your refund. Price corresponds to the sale price of the kit.
We do not offer exchanges on our site, but we can refund you in the form of a credit note so that you can recommend the product you want.

Obtain a credit note or refund
When requesting a return, you can ask for a credit note or a refund of your order.
1. I would like a credit note
Fill in the returns form and mention that you would like a credit note or write to us at hello@plume-paris.fr
Your credit note will be sent to you by e-mail, to the address given at the time of your order, as soon as we receive and validate your return.
2. I would like a refund
When requesting a return, select "Refund". The refund will be credited to the customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay for the order or pre-order.
You will receive an e-mail containing your credit note or informing you that the refund has been made within fifteen (15) working days of receipt and validation of your return by our logistics department.
