6 MONTH INTERNSHIP - VISUAL COMMUNICATION GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are looking for the talents of a Visual Communication Graphic Designer Intern (M/F) to join our communications team at PLUME in Bordeaux. This position is to be filled as an internship only, for a period of 6 months.
Your missions:
- Creation of different media content (still and animated) for all PLUME social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok)
- Construction of newsletters and social media content (paid & organic) in agreement with a given Artistic Direction
- Active monitoring of new formats
Your profile :
- You are a student in a visual communication / graphic arts school and looking for an end-of-studies or gap year internship (Bac +3 level minimum required)
- Initial experience within a brand or agency is required.
- You are proficient in Adobe suite software such as illustrator and photoshop, after effects (strong sensitivity for animation is required).

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT WORKSHOP
We are looking for the talents of a work-study student to join our e-commerce team at PLUME in Bordeaux.
This position is to be filled on a work-study basis only, for a period of 1 year and from June 2023.
Your missions:
Under the responsibility of our E-commerce manager:
- Creation of product sheets (Addition of visuals, videos, size advice, maintenance
pieces)
- Writing detailed and quality descriptions in accordance with the line
editorial of the site
- E-merchandising
- Competitive monitoring

Your profile :

CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNSHIP
We are looking for the talents of an Intern within our customer service at PLUME in Bordeaux.
This position is to be filled as an internship only, for a period of 4 to 6 months and from July 1st.
Your missions:
Under the responsibility of our customer service manager:
- Respond to customer requests via the various media used by customer service,
- Have a proactive approach in a spirit of pleasant service,
- Provide quality information concerning our pieces (in relation to styling and manufacturing) or any other useful information, such as the different procedures (pre-order, return, exchange, sizing advice) and ensure follow-up,
- Guarantee the deployment of key tools and all the documentation necessary for the quality strategy,
- Implement individual and global quality monitoring dashboards and ensure their daily updating,
- Build and monitor our quality knowledge base so as to be able to inform the styling of the various problems encountered,
- Be a source of suggestions regarding areas for improving customer service.

- You are a student in a business school or engineering school (Level Bac+4/5) looking for an end-of-studies or gap year internship.
- You have strong commercial acumen and good analytical skills.
